A complete coating system designed to deliver improved reflectivity and waterproofing to aged modified systems and aged mechanically-fastened and fully adhered EPDM membrane roofing systems. The membrane is cleaned, primed and all seams reinforced using fabric embedded in acrylic elastomeric roof coatings. The finished coat provides excellent waterproofing and cools the roofing surface, reducing the damaging effects of thermal shock.
